Creating/Editing Event Groups

Groups  

The purpose of grouping is to ensure registrants can only choose one option from the items included in the group.  A group can consist of either packages or sessions.  

  

Add 

  1. Click "Add" in the top right
  2. Group settings include:  
    • Group Type - "Package" or "Session"
    • Group Name  
    • Required - Are registrants required to make a selection from this group?  
    • Defining the sessions or packages included in the group  

Note – Since both packages and sessions are associated with specific participant types, group options are limited according to the parameters of said sessions or packages.    

Edit 

Click into the Group, update the fields, and submit.

Delete 

Click "Delete" to the right of the Group.
