Accommodations
Add participants as occupants to a specific room or room type.
Room Types
Define the available room types for the event and define the occupancy for each type.
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right
- Fill out these fields:
- Room Description
- Occupancy
Edit
Click into the Room Type, update fields, and submit.
Delete
Click "Delete" to the right of the Room Type.
Rooms
Establish a list of rooms available for your event. Based on the room type, the occupancy will be tied to the specific room.
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right
- Fill out these fields:
- Room Type
- Room Number
- ADA Compliant
- Non-Smoking
- Room Notes
- Create
Edit
Click into the Room, update fields, and submit.
Delete
Click "Delete" to the right of the Room.
