Review members based on current and/or historical member status.
Utilize the Current Member Status fields to limit your search results to members who currently hold the selected member statuses. Access the Personal sub-tab under Profile to take it a step further and include current member status reason criteria. These selections will dwindle the search results to only those who currently hold the selected statuses and status reasons (as long as they were recorded post-Compass conversion).
Member Status History is automatically recorded when a member moves from one member status (or member status reason) to another. The historical information is editable on member records, which allows for corrections of invalid changes.
- To search for members who moved into a particular member status within a specific date range, select the appropriate status in the Historical Member Status field and use the "Status From" date field to include the date range.
- Reduce the output further by adding Member Status Reason criteria.
- Select a reason in the Member Status Reason field and use the "Status Reason From" date field to include the date range.
- This criteria reduces the output to individuals who have moved into the selected status and status reason within the specified timeframe
- To search for members who moved out of a particular status within a specific date range, utilize the Historical Member Status and "Status To" date fields.
- For example, to isolate all of the members who transitioned out of a particular status within the last year, select the appropriate status in the Historical Member Status field and use "Status To" to include the date range.
- This criterion reduces the output to individuals who have moved out of the selected member status within the specified timeframe.
In addition to member status criteria, you are also able to search for individuals based on their current Vault Billing, Collections Billing Status, and Status Reason.
