Alumni Update Queue
Bottom Navigation: Work Queue (paper/clock icon) » Work Queue (tab) » Choose Alumni Update in dropdown
Displays alumni updates made via myOmegaFi.
Notes:
- Search options within the queue include:
- Review Status - Not Yet Reviewed/Reviewed
- Field - Address/Email Address/Phone Number
- Changed In - myOmegaFi
- Specify a date range, if desired.
- Records can be identified as:
- Reviewed (removes the record from the queue, marking it Reviewed)
- Revert (removes the record from the queue and changes data back to the old value)
- Information displayed includes:
- individual’s Name
- Reference ID
- Roll Number
- Associated Chapter
- Field that was updated
- Old value
- New value
- Name of individual that made the change
- Date of change
- Application where the change was submitted
Review/Edit/Revert Information
- Select the "Profile Information" button.
- A pop-up box will appear allowing you to review the appropriate information without leaving the queue.
- Made address change - the Profile Information button will allow you to see the current addresses on record for the individual.
- Made email address change - the pop-up will include the current email addresses on file for the person.
- While viewing a record, you can edit or add data from within the form without leaving the queue area.
To review an individual’s full record, hover over their name and click. To navigate back to the queue, use the breadcrumbs at the top left-hand side of the screen to get back.
If the information is incorrect or inappropriate, you can choose the "Revert" option. This will remove the change made by the individual and show the previous information.
Clearing the Queue
- Once all records are reviewed, fill in the box next to "Mark as Reviewed"
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Process"
- This will clear all reviewed items out of the queue.
