You can attach files to an unposted invoice by selecting the attachment button on the right side of the invoice row.
Note: The chapter will be able to see the attachment after the invoice is posted.
Browse for your file, enter the appropriate description and select the Upload button to attach the file to the invoice.
The file will then appear on the invoice in Compass Billing.
Once you enter all transactions and attachments for an invoice, it is necessary to post the invoice to the chapter's Compass Billing record. To do so, select the POST button on the right side of the invoice row.
In the Post Invoice window, select "Ok" to post the invoice. Select "Cancel" if you do not wish to post it.
After an invoice is posted, the POSTED column will update to Yes.
You can select the row of the invoice to view its transactions.
Select the row of the transaction to make edits. Once an invoice is posted, only the Account and Notes can be edited. You cannot edit the Charge Type, Inventory, Transaction Type, Description, Quantity, or Amount after the invoice is posted. In the Edit Transactions window, click the Edit Invoice Transaction button to save your changes.
After the invoice is posted, the chapter can also view the transaction and attachments in Vault > Inter/National tab > Inter/National Billing > STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT.
