Officers
Left-hand Navigation: Chapters » selected Chapter Record » People
Officers include both current undergraduate and non-undergraduate officers of a chapter. Current officers will update the undergraduate officer listing via Vault.
Included on this page are:
- Members’ Title
- Members’ Name
- Roll/Roster Number
- Primary Address
- Type (undergraduate or non-undergraduate)
- Primary Phone
- Primary Email
- the Officer's "From" date (the day the member became an officer)
- and whether or not that officer is Certified (uncertifiable indicates that the office may not be certified). This option is controlled in the Admin section of Compass. The page can be sorted by each column in either ascending or descending order.
History - The history button next to each office allows you to see the history of anyone that has been in that office. (As long as the data was entered in the system)
Transition Offices
This feature offers a quick and easy way to update Officer Listing. You can "end date" the term of current Officers and add new Officers in mass.
Add Office
Add a Chapter Ad-Hoc Office. Offices added here will appear only for the chapter they're added in. Adding new offices for all Chapters is done in the Admin section.
Add Officer
Choose "Add Officer" to add a new individual to a specific office.
PDF and Export options are available.
