Contacts
Left-hand Navigation: Chapters » selected Chapter Record » People
Contacts are individuals who are not necessarily Associated or Initiated members of a chapter but serve as a contact for the chapter (i.e. an advisor). When officers add Contacts via Vault, this Contact relationship is automatically created.
Included on these pages are:
- the Members’ Name
- Roll/Roster Number
- Primary Address
- Primary Phone
- Primary Email.
- and titles that have been added to the relationship.
Add - New contact relationship titles can be added here as well. Click the Add button at the top right to search for an individual. They must already be in Compass to add as a contact to a chapter.
The page can be sorted by each column in either ascending or descending order.
Email - You can email all or some of the contacts to this chapter if they have a primary email on file.
PDF and Export options are available - the export will include all Contacts, not just those who are displayed on the page.
