Participant Record
A registered Participants list displays information for each participant including name, date of completed registration, office represented, participant type, total cost, paid, and balance.
This list can be sorted by any of the columns by clicking on the header. In addition, you can export this list to PDF or Excel with the buttons that are in the upper right.
Add
If you need to manually enter a participant to an event, choose to add here. Be sure to add them to any sessions or packages for the event.
- Select "Add Participant"
- Fill in required fields
- "Create Participant"
Edit
- Click into the Participant
- Click "Edit"
- Update information
Delete
Click "Delete" on the far right of the participant
OR
Click into the Participant and click Delete.
Update Participant Registration Status
Participants > Update Registration Status
- Update registration statuses in mass by clicking on the "Update Registration" button.
- Choose the status that the participant needs to be changed to and submit.
Click Email to send an email to all registered participants.
Export
You can export the participant list via PDF or Excel.
Participant Account Register
Participant Account Register shows all transaction activity related to the individual including total cost, payment, discounts, and credits. If an individual’s participant type is changed after registration, make sure to "Re-assess Charges" so they are billed the correct amount.
- Add a transaction to the individual’s account here.
- If a participant contacts you to make a credit card payment that OmegaFi should process, select "Add", then fill out these fields:
- Event Payment,
- OmegaFi as the processor
- type of card,
- then complete the payment form. Any unprocessed payments are displayed below the account register. You can also view sessions and packages the individual is registered for.
