Event Packages
Packages allow sessions to be bundled for registration purposes.
- The use of packages is not required. If packages are utilized, Participant Types must be associated with each package offered.
- Only individuals associated with the types (based on the audience) defined for the package will be offered the package.
- Note - If Packages are not going to be utilized, be sure the feature is set to NO in the Event Profile.
- In addition, all sessions must be organized into packages. Ala carte sessions will not be available outside of a package (the system does allow the creation of a package with only one session, and sessions can be placed in multiple packages).
Add Package Participant
If an individual is manually added as a participant, they will need to be manually added to any Packages.
- Click "Add"
- Select the participant and fill in the Package settings:
- Package Name
- Description
- Cost - If there is a cost associated with a package that is separate from the Participant Type cost (or there is no cost), it should be entered here. If this session is selected, the associated cost will be added to the registrant’s total cost.
- Minimum Number of Registrants
- Allow Registration List Viewing
- Published
- Sessions – Must define which sessions are incl. in the pkg. A package can consist of as many or as few sessions as needed.
- Participant Types – Packages should be associated with the participant types to whom they should be available.
- Attachments – Once a package is established, attachments can be added with the option to make the attachment public.

Delete
Click "Delete" next to the individual.
This list can be pulled into a PDF or Excel.
Edit
Click into the Package, update the fields, and submit.
