The Resource Center facilitates the creation of a digital filing cabinet to share news, reference documents, reports, forms, etc. Folders and subfolders can be created to help organize documents. When adding a resource, an audience is selected so the resource is only viewable to applicable parties. All items added are viewable in the myOmegaFi Resource Center for all memberships and the Vault Resource Center for officers and contacts within the specified audience.
Add a Folder
- Click on the folder with a + icon under "All Items".
- Name the folder.
- Click Add.
Updating Folder Information
- To update/add information to a folder, click on the paper with a + icon
- To add subfolders, click on the yellow folder with a green + icon
Delete
To delete a folder no longer needed, click the red "x".
Download File Materials
Click on the blue download button to download the materials.
Add Audiences
Click into the folder to add the appropriate audience.
