Giving Chart Progress Report

Left-hand Navigation: Fundraising » select your Campaign » Reports

Allows users to view a column chart of the program goal set against the amount pledged to date. It assesses campaign progress.

Additionally, if Giving Levels have been configured and recorded for the campaign, users can see the number of gifts needed and the total raised at each giving level. The results include: 

  • Number of Gifts secured 
  • Gifts still needed 
  • Number of prospects identified to help reach the goal (Must be tied to a solicitor and have Giving Potential added in system) 

Please note this report only includes Hard Credits. If you need to add Giving Levels to your campaign, go to the desired Campaign > Configuration > Gift Chart. This can save in a PDF format.
