Event Custom Fields  

Provides both a summary and detail view option for all custom fields defined on an event. Custom Fields at the event, package, and session-level are included. PDF and Export options included.

  1. Filter By: 
    • Event Fields
    • Package Fields 
    • Session Fields 
    • View – Summary/Detail
  2. Submit 

Event Payments Received  

Search for payments received for an event during a specific date range.  

  • Can export via PDF and Excel.

Registration and Payment Summary

View a listing of all event participants and their total cost, the amount paid, and the remaining balance.  

  • Can export via PDF and Excel.

Representative Report

View registered event participants with specific participant information.  

  1. Filter By:
    • Participant Type 
    • Chapter Represented 
    • Office Represented 
  • Can export via PDF and Excel.

Event Accommodations Report

View available rooms along with room specifics and occupancy information.  

  • Can export via PDF and Excel. 

Event Session Detail

Provides an overview of session information and participant information. Includes summary and detail view options. Can be viewed in either summary or detail view.
