International Event Settings
Left-hand Navigation: Events » Options » International Event Settings
- The International Event Settings menu allows you to define the default bank account to be used for deposits from OmegaFi and set the default for OmegaFi Payment Processing.
- The option for OmegaFi to process payments can be changed within event configuration for individual events. Contact OmegaFi if a new bank account needs to be added to Event Payment processing.
Edit
- Update Default Bank Account
- Yes/no - OmegaFI process Payments
Event Types
Events » Options » Event Types
- The Event Types menu allows you to set up categories to which events can be assigned for organized planning and scheduling. An example of an event type is "Convention".
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right corner
- Add-Type, Click Submit
Edit
Click into "Event Type" and update.
Delegate Types
Events » Options » Delegate Types
The Delegate Types menu allows you to define roles for people chosen to represent Chapters, Districts, or Offices at specific events.
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right corner
- Add-Type, Click Submit
Delete
Click "Delete" on the Delegate Type to remove
Edit
Click into "Delegate Type" and update.
Event Registration Statuses
Events » Options » Event Registration Statuses
- The Event Registration Statuses menu allows you to define and manage tsaide statuses when managing event registrations.
- Additional registration statuses may be added to customize the event for your organization. Any registration status that is not in use, and is not an OmegaFi generated status, may be deactivated. The default status includes:
- Reserved
- Registered
- Registration Cancelled
- Checked In
- Failed to Attend
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right corner
- Add Status
- Choose Yes/No for lifetime attendance, then Submit
Edit
- Click Edit next to the registration status
- Update the name and Submit
- *** Only non-system-added statuses can be edited.
Deactivate
- Click "Deactivate" next to the desired status.
- Only non-system-added statuses can be deactivated.
