Universities
All data points under the Summary, Profile, GPA Demographics, and Key Dates tabs on a University's record are managed by OmegaFi. This provides consistency in data for the University across all partners.
Officers
Left-hand Navigation: Universities » select desired University » People » Officers
These are individuals located at the university your organization may need to keep track of (i.e., a Greek Life Advisor). A Contact or Office record can be created and searched.
Add
- Click "Add Office" to create a new office to add an individual to.
- Click "Add Officer" in the top right corner, search for the individual, and add. Note: They must have a Compass record to be added to this list.
- Fill in these fields (bold fields are required):
- Choose the type of Office

Search for the individual
-
Dates the office is held
-
Certified – yes/no
-
Existing relationships
-
Relationship - friend/contact
-
From and to dates
-
Primary contact – yes/no
- Click "Add Officer"
Contacts
Left-hand Navigation: Universities » select desired University » People » Contacts
Create and manage a list of Contacts for this University. A list can be easily exported for reference.
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right corner, search for the individual, and add. They must have a Compass record to be added to this list.
- There is also the ability to Email all individuals in this list through Compass. Click on the Email tab in the top right.
End Contact Relationship
- To end/remove a contact relationship, go to the individual's Profile > Relationships > Organization.
- Select the relationship and enter an end date. This will remove the relationship.
