Accrual-based report of all income reported for a specific date range.
Notes:
- Filter by a date range and click "Submit"
- Detail View:
- Breaks it down by Account and Chapter to see the money reported by chapter.
- Summary View
- Shows the account name and an account total for each account.
- Can export in a PDF or Excel
