Using the Inter/National Account Register

Left-hand Navigation: Inter/national » Reports » Account Register

The Inter/national Account Register details the transaction history of all payments received through the Vault PayNow form (must be turned on in Compass Billing » Compass Billing Options » Inter/national Settings) and deposits made to the organization.

  • A breakdown of the chapters included in each payment transaction can be viewed by hovering and clicking on the Payments Received line.  
  • If an organization is accepting credit card and/or e-check payments through the Vault PayNow form, they should use the Register to reconcile the deposits received in their bank account. 
  • The Account Register can be viewed on a specific date range by updating the dates at the top of the report. It can also be exported in Excel or PDF to review.
