Associations
Status Types:
Establish official 'good standing' and 'warning' statuses by your bylaws.
Left-hand Navigation: ADMIN » Associations » Status Types
Add
- Click "Add" in the top-right corner
- Name the status
- Choose a "Good" or "Warning" category
Delete
First, a standing may only be deleted if no individuals have that standing on their record. The 'delete' button will only appear next to those statuses that met this option requirement.
Association Types:
Customize a list of association types to allow for distinct labeling of your associations.
Left-hand Navigation: ADMIN » Associations » Association Types
Add
- Click "Add" in the top-right corner
- Add a "Description"/"Name"
- Choose whether or not to display officers in "Associate Chapter"
Delete
First, an "association status" may only be deleted if no chapters have that status in use on their record. The 'delete' button will only appear next to those types that met this option requirement.
Associations Offices:
Manage the official list of offices for all your associations.
Left-hand Navigation: ADMIN » Associations » Offices – All Alumni(ae)/Housing/Building Associations
Add
- Click "Add" in the top-right corner
- Choose a "Name"
- Pick "Association Type"
- Pick "Display to Members"
- Pick a "Primary Contact"
Deactivate
Click the "Deactivate" button on the right side of the screen. Any active association office will then be moved to the Inactive section.
