Quick Search Bar
There are three search options for a People Quick Search:
Name – Search using an individual's first and/or last name.
NOTE - If you don't remember the spelling, type in the first couple letters, and the system will begin to pull a list of names beginning and matching those letters.
Reference ID – This is an individual's unique Compass identification number (found on the Summary Page of a member's record)
Roll Number – The unique membership identification number for any "initiated" member assigned by your organization.
Name Header Bar
An individual's name header bar includes the following key details:
- Formal First Name
- $ - Indicates that an individual is a donor.
- 360 – The "360 Report" is a detailed record of the individual's history with the organization. It is most commonly used when vetting individuals for volunteer or staff positions and reviewing a donor's record before solicitation.
- Generational Report Link - report includes members of your chapter with an initiation date within a few years of this member.
- Status – Current member status of the individual.
- Roll Number - Unique membership identification number assigned once initiated.
- Associated – Chapter the member currently has a relationship with.
- Initiated – Chapter the member was initiated at.
