The Distinctions tab houses individual information on any offices held, Scholarship or Award information and Degrees earned while in school.
Offices
This page is used to review/add/edit a current office or review office history. The history will display previously held offices by the individual and the dates held (you can also edit and delete these offices). If an individual is currently in an office, it will be listed under Current Offices.
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right
- Fill in applicable fields
- Click Next
- Enter the office details based on the selections above.
- Add your officer.
Edit
Click edit next to the Office (Update when done)
Delete
You'll need to first "end-date" the Office by clicking the Edit button and adding a "To" date. That will drop it down in the Office History section, then you can click the delete button to remove it.
Scholarships
Lists Scholarships the individual has received or been awarded.
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right
- Fill in applicable Fields:
- Create Scholarship
Edit
Click "Edit" on the Scholarship
Delete
Click "Delete" next to the desired scholarship
Add Attachment
Click on the "attachment icon" to add any paperwork associated with the application.
Degrees
This page displays the Degrees that the individual received. You can see the type of degree, when it was received, and where.
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right
- Fill in applicable information
- Create Degree
Edit
Click into the Degree (Update when done)
Delete
Click "Delete" next to the targeted award
Awards
View Awards that the individual has won or applied for.
Add
- Click "Add" in the top right
- Fill in applicable fields
- Create Award
Edit
Click into the Award (Update when done)
Delete
Click "Delete" next to the targeted award
