Audit
Member status changes are automatically recorded in the Individual Record > Summary Page > Change Log. You can view the individual’s status changes, the "From/To" dates, the date the change was made, and by whom. A revert option is available if you deem the change was inaccurately placed.
The discrepancy in Vault and Compass Member Status
These usually occur because of the Compass Member Status being altered after the Chapter's Vault roster was already archived. OmegaFi can match the status with that on the archived roster if you'd like to fix the issue.
Changing Naming for Member Statuses and Reasons
Two Ways to Change these Names:
- Update the name and/or status reason (new convention will overwrite the old)
- Create a new Member Status, move members over (this can be done in mass in a People Search), and make the old one inactive.
Standings
Categorization of individuals based on financial, disciplinary, or academic circumstances.
Documentation of an individual’s Standing, whether financial, academic, or disciplinary can aid in crucial organizational decisions and information tracking. Likewise, you’re able to then group individuals based on matching standings.
