The Admin feature is centered around creating and maintaining multiple entities, such as People, Chapters, Associations, International, Fundraising, and Universities. Here are the categories you can input for People, and how you'd do so.

Name Fields
Manage how calculated name fields are determined for the individuals in your database using a list of standard name fields. Several name fields throughout Compass are calculated based on other fields. An organization can choose how "Full Name", "Formal Full Name" and "Recognition Name" are shown in the database.
Any changes made here will apply to all New records. To update existing records, contact OmegaFi.
Email & Phone Types
Customize s a list of email and phone types to maximize the value of contact information in the database.
Add - add a different email/phone type to the listing of auto-generated types.
Deleting - A non-system-generated email/phone type may be deleted if there are no individuals with that email type in use.
Utilize the up/down arrows to the left of the types to show the order in which they appear in a drop-down navigation bar.
Scholarship Types
List and organize scholarship types and information relevant to each scholarship.
Add - The following fields are available when adding a scholarship type. Only the "Name" is required.
Fields: "Scholarship Name", "Origin", "Criteria", "Notes", "Foundation Scholarship", "Contact"
Deactivate - Scholarships are moved into the Inactive Scholarship Types section, once you click "Deactivate".
Delete - A scholarship type may only be deleted if no individuals have that scholarship type selected on their record.

Career Fields
Manage a list of career field options
Add - Click "add" in the top right corner and type in the name
Deactivate - Click the "Deactivate" button on the right-hand side of the screen. Active career fields will then be moved to the Inactive Career Field section.
Delete - A career field can be deleted only if there is no individual associated with the Career Type. The "Delete" button will appear to the right of the Career Type.
Standing Types
Create and maintain a list of Financial, Disciplinary, or Academic standing types.
Add - Click "Add" in the top right corner, then name the standing and choose a category.
Deactivate - Scholarships are moved into the Inactive Standings section, once you click "Deactivate".
Delete - A standing may only be deleted if no individuals have that standing selected on their record.
