OmegaFi is launching Compass Flex, a software update that updates Compass’s look-and-feel and makes it easier for our customers to quickly find accurate member records. Compass Flex responds directly to our customers’ feedback about the “people search,” the software’s most popular function.
What is Compass Classic?
We will use the term “Compass Classic” to refer to the historical in-app user experience customers used previously.
How much does the Compass Flex update cost to use?
Compass Flex and future updates are included with your software subscription.
Can I still get to Compass Classic?
Yes, customers can toggle between Compass Flex and Compass Classic via the link in the top right of each screen.

Will Compass get more free updates?
Yes! More updates are planned for 2023, such as streamlining saved search functionality, changes to the People Profile page experience and more.
