Fundraising Asks allow your organization's gift officers to manage major gift asks to their portfolio of prospects. Fields included in this feature are below. You can also include Fundraising Asks in 360° Reports and Fundraising Searches.

Ask Status = Current status of the Ask.

Ask Type = How your organization categorizes the Ask.

Date Opened = Date on which you wish to start tracking the open Ask.

Days Open = Number of days since the Date Opened date.

Expected Ask Amount = The total amount you expect to ask that person to give. This is for Open Asks only.

Actual Ask Amount = Actual donation amount requested from the donor.

Confidence Level = Track your organization's confidence with acquiring the ask amount from the potential donor.

Fund Account to Support = Once a campaign is selected, the associated fund accounts will appear in this picklist.

Campaign = Pulls from your pre-exiting campaign list.

Prospect Manager = Pulls from a pre-existing list of Prospect Managers for your organization.

Solicitor = Once a campaign is selected, the associated fund accounts will appear in this picklist.

Date of Ask = Actual date the ask was made to the potential donor.

Expected Close Date = Date you expect the Ask to close.

Date Closed = Actual date the Ask closed.
Details on a potential donor's Asks are accessible on the person's record > Fundraising tab > Giving Potential menu. The Asks are organized by Open and Closed Asks, which can be edited, deleted and exported. You can also add new Asks on this page.
