The Chapter Point Summary will only be used by organizations that assign points to Chapter Reports. The system allows you to display the point summary report by "Report Type", "Chapter", and/or "Begin" and "End Submitted On Dates".
The Excel Report result incl.:
- A row for "Report Type"
- The total reports of each type scheduled/due during the period
- Total possible points (ex. if “Report A” is due every month, and you pull the report for a one-year period, the total scheduled reports would = 12. If 5 pts. can be earned per report, the possible point total would = 60)
- The number approved (count of reports submitted & approved)
- The approved report point total for the period by "Report Type"
- The approved point average (ex. If a Chapter has 12 reports submitted & approved, with varying points earned on each, this is the average points earned per report)
- A column that indicates if the "Report Type" is active (yes or no)
