Explaining the Member Status Count

Member Status Count

This feature allows you to view Member Counts per Member Status and Chapter as of a specified date.  Both a Summary and Detailed View are available.  The report defaults to today’s date, but it can be modified (data cannot be pulled prior to 04/12/2012).  In most cases, data cannot be pulled prior to your Compass Conversion date.  This article seeks to briefly define the Views "member status counts" are displayed under, for the date selected.

Understand the Count

  • The Summary View reflects the "total member count per member status" (both "Active" and "Inactive" Chapters are viewable).  Click on a status to expand and view breakdowns by "Member Status Reason". 
  • The By Chapter view reflects a breakdown of the count by "status per chapter"
  • Export is available
