Report Types

This article will briefly explain where these Report Types can be found, what they are, and how you can add/edit/deactivate them. This feature will allow you to manage a list of Association and Chapter Report Types appropriate for your organization’s unique needs. You can assign "due date", "frequency" and "points".
Add
Note – Bolded fields are required in Compass
- Click "Add" in the top right corner
- Name the report
- Choose a classification - (chapter/association)
- Choose an Abbreviation for the report
- Notes about this report
- Minimum number of points
- Maximum number of points
- Due on Start date - The "Due on Start Date" is the date the report became a requirement. For example, if this report has been due on the 5th of the month since January of 2014, the Due on Start Date is 01/05/2014.
- Due on Frequency
Edit
- Display in Vault – Yes/No
- Manage from Vault – Yes/No
- Display in myOmegaFi –Yes/no
Delete
Click the "Delete" button on the right side of the screen, when you're ultimately ready to remove the record.
