This article will explain how to navigate the Initiate Retention report and lay out how to narrow your search for the members featured in this database. The intent of this report is to allow users to review and measure the retention of initiated members.

Using the Views
- First, search by Chapter or National Group (multi-select)
The Summary View of this report includes:
- Each Chapter designation
- National group
- Members with an initiation date in the date range
- Remaining Initiates
- Departed Initiates
The Members that Remain Detail View lists individuals that have an initiation date between the given date range and have a current status of Initiate. Data reported includes:
- Full Name
- Member ID
- Pledge Date
- Initiation Date
- Associated Chapter
- Current Member Status
- Current Member Status Reason.
The Members no Longer Initiates Detail View provides a list of the individuals who were initiated during the given date range and have a current status of something other than Initiate. Data reported includes:
- Full Name
- Member ID
- Pledge Date
- Initiation Date
- Associated Chapter
- Current Member Status
- Current Member Status Reason.
